Lost something on the train or at the station?

This is where you’ll find it!

Every year, more than 250,000 articles are lost at stations and on board trains. Employees at more than 80 lost and found offices in Germany alone collect all these items so that they can be returned to their owners.

If you leave something behind in the compartment when travelling with City Night Line, please let us know. There are various options for reporting your loss. We will try to find your property for up to four weeks after the date on which it was lost. and inform you immediately if the search is successful.
